  1. Entalex is the leading casting and audition management platform for the Asia-Pacific entertainment industry. Our cloud-based software enables casting directors and agents to source and hire talent and crew for film, television, commercial, digital content and modeling projects worldwide.

    Entalex helps entertainment professionals better manage information and interactions for jobs and projects - all on a single platform that’s always accessible from any mobile device or desktop.
  2. You can contact us by going to the Contact Us section located at the bottom of the home page. We will try to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
  3. With a paid Premium Plan for your Talent account, you will be able to upload headshots and demo reels to your profile and submit to an unlimited number of Roles posted by Production users.
  4. With a paid Premium Plan for your Representation account, you will be able to submit your clients who are also Entalex users to an unlimited number of Roles posted by Production users.
  5. With a paid Premium Plan for your Crew account, you will be able to apply for an unlimited number of Crew Jobs posted by Production users.
  6. With a paid Premium Plan for your Production account, you will be able to create and post an unlimited number of Projects, Roles and Crew Jobs.
  7. Our Premium Plan pricing will depend on which user type you choose. The Premium Plan is $10/month for Talent users, $10/month for Crew users, $30/month for Representation users, and $30/month for Production users.
  8. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle of your last payment.
    • Check to make sure you are using the correct email address associated with your account.
    • If you are still unable to log in, reset your password by going to the home page and go to Sign In → Forgot my password. Enter your email address and click the "Recover password" button.
    • If you are unable to reset your password, go to the Contact Us section located at the bottom of the home page to contact our team for assistance.

  2. Check you spam folder for the password reset email that was sent. If the password reset email isn't in your spam folder, go to the Contact Us section located at the bottom of the home page to contact our team for assistance.
  3. In your user menu, go to Settings → Security. Enter your current password, new password, confirm your new password, and click "Update" to save.
  4. In your user menu, go to your Profile → Personal Information, check the "Modify your email address" box, enter your new email address, and click "Update " to save.

    • Make sure the photo or media file you're trying to upload is the correct file format and doesn't exceed the maximum size limit.
    • Headshots must be JPG or PNG format with a 10MB max size.
    • Demo Reels must be MOV or MP4 format with 16:9 aspect ratio and a 100MB max size.
  7. In your user menu, go to your Profile → Professional Information, enter the Representation code provided to you by your Representative, and click "Update" to save. Once your Representative accepts your invitation, your accounts will be linked and your Representative will be able to submit you for Roles.
  8. In you user menu, go to Settings → Billing, click the "Change card" button, click the "Add Card" button, enter your new credit card information, click the "Save card" button, expand the new credit card you entered, click the "Set Default" button, and confirm your new setting to save.

    • Use the "Union Status" picklist located at the top left corner to filter for Roles based on union status.
    • Use the "Region" picklist located at the top center to filter for Roles in different regions.
    • Check the "Roles fit for me" box located at the top right corner to filter for Roles that match my profile.
    • After setting your filter values click the "Filter" button.

    • Use the "Status" picklist located at the top right corner to filter for Roles submissions based on status.
  7. In your user menu, go to Projects, expand the Project you are interested in, click the "View Applications" button.
    • Use the "Filter by name" picklist located at the top left corner to filter for a specific Crew user.
    • Use the "Status" picklist located at the top right corner to filter for Crew Job applications based on status.
  8. In your user menu, go to Projects, expand the Project you are interested in.
    • To contact a Talent user who has submitted for a Role, click the "View Submissions" button, click the "+ More" button on the applicant of interest, click on the "Send notification" button, enter your message to the applicant, and click the "Send" button.
    • To contact a Crew user who has applied for a Job, click the "View Applications" button, expand the applicant of interest, click on the "Send notification" button, enter your message to the applicant, and click the "Send" button.
